ING. MARCELA LAUKOVÁ, CTP

Owner & CEO

Marcela has been working in tourism since her university studies. After graduating from University of Economics, Bratislava in 1998, she has established the travel agency which has developed into one of the largest inbound touroperators in Slovakia.
She enjoys travelling, guiding and speaks German and English.
She is mother of 2 children.

ING. BARBORA VASILIAKOVÁ

COO

Barbora studied Tourism at Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics in Banska Bystrica (graduated in 2006) and started her working career in Discover Slovakia Tours directly after finishing university. She is operational manager and takes care of incoming groups. She speaks English and basic German. She loves nature and active way of life, she is mother of twins.

BLANKA DÁVIDOVÁ

Favourite spots in Central Europe: Palava wine region, Banská Štiavnica

Blanka is part of our team since 2016 but she has long-term experience in travel industry. She is responsible for outbound tours of Slovak clients and speaks English. Blanka loves yoga & dancing of salsa and she is mother of 1 child.

Maria studied Tourism at Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics in Banska Bystrica. She is a part of team of Discover Slovakia Tours from March 2017. Maria is responsible for incoming product and works mainly with groups.
Spoken languages: English & basics of French. She likes reading books and travelling.

EVA BALUCHOVÁ

Accountant
Favourite spot in Central Europe: Prague
Eva joined our team in 2004. In our company she is responsible for the whole accounting agenda.
Eva is a big fan of veteran cars and is a mother of 2 daughters.

ING. JANA DOBRÍKOVÁ

Sales manager / On maternity leave

Jana studied Tourism at Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics in Banska Bystrica (graduated in 2011).
Jana is a part of team of Discover Slovakia Tours from March 2012, mainly responsible for outbound tours of Slovak individual clients as well as groups.
Spoken languages: English and basics of French
She likes gardening and handicraft.

ING. KATARÍNA SZATMÁRIOVÁ

Project Manager / On maternity leave

Katarina studied Economics and Management of Company at University of Zilina. She started to work at Discover Slovakia Tours after graduation in 2016 and she is responsible for incoming individuals and groups. She speaks English and basic French. She likes nature and radio amateuring.

MGR. PETRA ROŠTÁROVÁ

Project Manager /  On maternity leave

Petra studied Linguistics (English) at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica and graduated in 2012. She became a member of Discover Slovakia Tours staff in 2013 and works with incoming groups as well as individuals.
She speaks English and basic German. She likes hiking and exploring hidden corners of Slovakia.
